As one of the most established and well respected pan-European logistics investment advisors, Richard has been involved in a broad range of market making transactions in recent years including the sale of the 鈥楧elta Portfolio鈥� to the Employees' Provident Fund of Malaysia (EPF 鈧�200 million +), the acquisition of the seeds assets for Tritax´s Eurobox (鈧�620 million) portfolio and the sale of the 鈥楪emstone Portfolio鈥� on behalf of Logicor for 鈧�300 million.
