After 20 years focusing on the central London market, Louis moved to Dubai in 2023. The diversity of his experience gives him a unique perspective. 鈥淚t鈥檚 not just the years in the industry but the range of cycles I鈥檝e worked through and my experience in mainstream markets as well as low volume/high value,鈥 he says. 鈥淲orking in both London and Dubai, I鈥檝e also seen the UK-UAE wealth shift from both sides.鈥
